Beauty! From skincare to Massage, make-up to tanning, Nail art to hair removal beauty therapy is a huge passion of mine. It’s true, especially since becoming a mummy that I tend to pamper others more than I do myself but I love and enjoy most, if not all, things beauty and of course my job as a beauty therapist.
I’ve worked within the beauty industry for many years both within a spa and salon setting. I love that my role as a beauty therapist gives me the opportunity to make my lovely clients feel special, the opportunities of continued professional development, the variety of my working days, the many amazing brands and products we work with and being part of such a great team.
With my love for my profession you can imagine my excitement when the lovely people from Professional Beauty sent me over a bloggers pass for the upcoming show in London.
Professional Beauty conducts the leading exhibitions within the industry as well as producing conferences, magazines and awards for the professional salon and spa market. This year they are celebrating their 30th year and their aim is to help all who work within the beauty profession to connect, network and become better business people. Their passion for encouraging new businesses and people into the business and their successes are inspiring and I feel very honored to be attending such a prestigious event.
Of course I didn’t need much persuading but after researching the show it’s clear that there are more than enough reasons to attend.
This year Professional Beauty London is taking place on the 25th and 26th of Febuary at Excel London. It’s the UKs biggest beauty and spa trade show and I’m so very excited to have the opportunity to experience it. With over 800 brands under one roof it’s going to be a busy and very exciting show!
It’s the perfect opportunity for those within the industry to discover the latest developments as well as check out hundreds of new products, professional seminars and treatment demos and with a mix of both brand favourites and newcomers it’s a fantastic way to stay up to date with the latest and greatest trends, learn from the industries experts and take advantage of the brilliant discounts and deals only available at the show!
From skincare to waxing, tanning to makeup, fitness to spa therapies and nutrition to hair and beauty tools and equipment if you’re in the business and looking for suppliers this is the place to be!
As you can probably guess I’m super excited!! I haven’t been blogging all that long and it’s so incredibly refreshing that Professional Beauty supports the smaller blogs (like me) as well as the more experienced bloggers and I’m so pleased to be covering the event.
Even better Luke gets to come along with me and on Sunday afternoon we’ll be meeting up with his brother Ryan and the lovely Tamara, Ryan’s girlfriend, our very good friend and fellow beauty lover and blogger who writes beautifully over on The Epileptic Blogger. It’ll be great to share this experience with some of my loved ones although I think us ladies are a little (or a lot) more excited than the lads!
I’ll be representing my place of work and the blog I have recently started to manage for them Cherish Beauty Blog however as I’ve decided to add in more beauty bits on my personal blog (which I’m so excited about) i’ll also be featuring our time at the event on My Little Brushneen Blog so please stay tuned!
