Enchanted Christmas at Westonbirt Arboretum.

Enchanted Christmas at Westonbirt Arboretum.

On Friday the 14th of December we had a lovely, festive and certainly enchanting evening at the very beautiful Westonbirt Arboretum for there annual event Enchanted Christmas.

Westonbirt Arboretum is such an incredibly stunning place to visit throughout the year and a great place to get out and about with the littlies with plenty to explore within the lush grounds.

The Enchanted Christmas event held at the arboretum has become super popular and we was very excited to explore the enchanted trail and see the beauty of the arboretum in a different light, check out the Santa’s village and have a gander at what was on offer.

The three of us went along with my Mother and Father In law all looking forward to the event but a little unsure what to expect as it was a first for us all. It was most definitely a night worthy of all our cold weather gear and little lady couldn’t wait to get bundled up and to get to the festivities (us adults were quite excited to.)

It was a truly amazing experience for us all and something that we all enjoyed. We was so excited for the illuminated trail and it definitely didn’t disappoint! The gorgeous surroundings and magnificent trees all lit up so beautifully really creates such a magical environment. It took us just over an hour to complete the trail with a welcomed stop approximately half way through for a hot chocolate and donut break. Little lady really enjoyed spotting the hidden animals throughout the trail and as well as this there was plenty of fab surprises and interactive elements to keep us all entertained.

The view of the fairground rides on arrival added to the excitement.

The illuminated trail was truly magical.

A cheeky selfie was a must!

Little lady informed us all the out Elf on the Shelf Snowflake lives here in the Elf Village.

Nearer the end of the trail and after a long day little legs were definitely getting tired but Little lady enjoyed the majority of the trail. Once the trail was completed we wondered to the gift shop wjere just outside we encountered a snow machine which pit a smile on little ladys face and It was the perfect opportunity for a family selfie.

We also had a look around Santa’s village which offered fairground games, plenty of food and drink stalls, souvenirs and Christmassy trinkets, free arts and crafts (We made our very own Rudolph pinecone tree decoration) and we ran into Mrs Claus who kindly gifted little lady a Sticker book!

It was such a lovely evening and an event we would love to attend again and one we would highly recommend for a truly magical and festive family trip. Thank you Westonbirt Arboretum.

…and as always thank you to all who took the time to read this,

Lots of love,
